1. Hong long are shipping times?
Our warehouses are located around the world. Please allow 2 to 4 days for processing time and 2-4 weeks for delivery. However, you may receive your items much earlier. Most orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! You will receive an email once the order is shipped. 2. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US, UK and China. Do expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

3. Will the customer have to pay customs?
For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where the customer are located and if you order more than one piece.

4. What's your return policy?
You can contact us at support@smartliving-products.comFor manufacturer default with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Contact us at support@smartliving-products.com.

6. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your order, if it's the wrong size, wrong colour, defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us at support@smartliving-products.com and we'll be in contact with you to arrange.

7. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll arrange with you the follow up.
